Mr. Emmons is the former Chief of the Nassau County District Attorney’s Commercial Frauds Bureau and the Government and Consumer Frauds Bureau. He was an Assistant District Attorney for over thirty years, specializing in white-collar crime and insurance fraud. Mr. Emmons is an adjunct Professor of Criminal Law at Fordham University and has also taught at the National College of District Attorneys on crimes against the elderly. He has been working at Malapero Prisco & Klauber LLP for 12 years, specializing in the defense of personal injury cases, including premises liability and motor vehicle cases.
