Ms. Rackett is an associate attorney. She represents insurers and their insureds in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims, guiding clients through all stages of litigation from initial case evaluation through resolution by providing thoughtful and detailed legal counsel tailored to each client’s needs. Ms. Rackett works closely with clients to develop practical, cost-effective strategies while maintaining a strong focus on risk assessment and early resolution where appropriate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rackett was an associate attorney at Furman, Kornfeld, and Brennan where she focused her practice in insurance coverage, professional liability, and legal malpractice. She is a member of the New York bar.
