Richard Teer's practice focuses on defending personal injury matters. He also has substantial experience in litigating professional liability, construction, insurance coverage, product liability, and commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation from initial pleadings to jury verdicts. He also handles all phases of appeals including arguing before the Appellate Division.
