The firm is pleased to announce that partner Andrew L. Klauber has been chosen to serve as a Board Member of the Defense Association of New York, Inc. DANY is a professional organization of attorneys and other professionals in the insurance defense practice. As a member of DANY’S board, Mr. Klauber will be actively involved in DANY’S mission of improving the services of the legal profession, elevating the standard of trial practice, supporting and working for the improvements of the adversarial system of jurisprudence in our courts, and facilitating and expediting trial of disputed claims.
