Andrew Klauber presented at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance 2018 National Conference in Houston. Mr. Klauber spoke at the CLM panel on tenders, addressing the prevalent reluctance to accept tenders, problems faced by additional insureds and contractual indemnitees, refusals to repay defense costs, DJ actions, and the elements of a successful tender, including the interaction of the broker, insured, claims professional and counsel in achieving a successful risk transfer/tender.
