Francis B. Mann
Francis Mann has over 40 years of experience with the defense of civil matters at the trial and appellate levels in courts throughout New York State. He has taken numerous matters to jury verdict and has briefed and argued many appeals in both the First and Second Appellate Departments and in the Court of Appeals.
