Litigation Strategy

As a foundation to building successful relationships we strive to establish a sound tripartite partnership among the firm, our clients, and claims professionals.  We are dedicated to the early formulation of a defense strategy in concert with the client and the claims professional. Each case is assessed by a partner and an initial defense strategy is developed as soon as possible.

Malapero Prisco Klauber & Licata LLP realizes litigation costs are a concern to clients.  We offer a range of tested, cost-effective strategies, which are tailored to our individual clients' needs. We attempt to resolve disputes in a manner that is practical and efficient from both a business and legal perspective. We aggressively pursue early resolution of claims and actions where appropriate and consistent with our clients’ objectives and goals. During the litigation process, we continuously work with our clients in order to determine what course of action is best suited to their needs, whether it be motion practice, negotiation, mediation, or proceeding to trial and verdict.
