Mr. Teer is a senior associate who prior to joining the firm owned his own firm for four years and prior to that practiced at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. for ten years. He has over twenty years of experience litigating civil matters in the areas of Personal Injury; Construction Law; Insurance Law; Professional Liability; Insurance Litigation; and Employment Law.  Mr. Teer handles all aspects of the litigation from filing an Answer to trial.  He also represents clients in appeals and has argued before the Appellate Division.

Ms. Licata is an associate of the firm. Ms. Licata handles all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, arbitration, mediation, trial, and appellate practice.

Following graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Licata served as a law clerk to the Honorable Estela M. De La Cruz, of the New Jersey Superior Court in Bergen County, Civil Division. During her clerkship, she served as court-trained mediator, assisting parties in the settlement of Special Civil and Law Division cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Licata practiced at a mid-size New Jersey firm handling both coverage and liability cases, with a focus on first-party insurance coverage.
